Job summary

Genpact is seeking a skilled leader to head mobile and web testing teams, designing test strategies and ensuring thorough manual and automated validation across platforms. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to align testing with project goals and deliver measurable quality improvements.

Ideal candidates bring strong QA fundamentals, experience with API and web service testing, and hands-on use of Postman and Selenium in hybrid work settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Certification in software testing or QA is a plus.
• Experience with mobile and web testing environments is preferred.
