Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Sr. Tech Lead for Application Support N in Bengaluru. You will supervise and mentor a team of application support specialists, guiding resolution of complex issues and implementing best practices to improve performance.

Work with cross-functional teams to optimize systems, manage escalations, conduct reviews, and identify training needs while staying ahead of industry trends in AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, CS or IT with relevant IT focus.
• Masters in Software Engineering preferred for senior roles.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional certification.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
• CNCF certifications related to cloud native tech.
