Job summary

Genpact invites a Sr. Tech Lead - Application Development JAVA N to join our Bengaluru team. The role focuses on hands-on ServiceNow development and customization across ITSM and CSM, requiring strong JavaScript skills, Glide APIs, and a solid understanding of Agile practices.

You will contribute to requirement analysis, effort estimation, and impact assessment while working with AI-enabled solutions and modernization initiatives. This is a regular office-based position in India.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization across ITSM and CSM.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs, and platform scripting.
• Exposure to update sets, code reviews, development standards, and deployments.
• Understanding of Agile methodology, requirement analysis, effort estimation, and impact assessment.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM/CSM solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and follow ServiceNow best practices.
• Assist with deployments and code reviews to ensure quality.

Job Description

• Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, primarily across ITSM and CSM. Good knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs, and platform scripting. Experience with update sets, code reviews, development standards, and deployments. Understanding of Agile methodology, requirement analysis, effort estimation, and impact assessment. Exposure to ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-enabled solutions. Basic understanding of HRSD and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) is an added advantage. Knowledge of testing, troubleshooting, and ServiceNow best practices. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and relevant CIS certifications are preferred.
