Job description

• Creating scalable architecture, frameworks, best practices, architecture, coding guidelines and ensuring their adherence.
• 8+ years of software development experience with PHP, Laravel, Angular, Node, React, front-end technologies, Flutter, MySQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, CI/CD etc..
• Working experience on cloud technologies
• Deliver software releases in an agile method at regular cadence with enterprise-level quality and performance
• Collaborate with peer, product managers, support and field teams
• Be hands-on with the product in terms of development, usability, testing (manual & automation), triage, and design aspects
• Review and guide team to delivery of high quality, well-written code that is quickly understood and easily supported by others.
• Participate in project core team meetings to discuss status, risks, and mitigation strategies across delivery teams.
• Partner with Product Managers and Program Managers to define roadmaps and sprint planning objectives.
• Implement improvements to key performance indicators that measure team performance against organizational objectives.
• Provide mentorship to team members and build a strong teamwork culture
• Assess the performance of the team and provide feedback regularly

• Previous experience in Microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, front end technologies etc..
