Job description

• 1. Provide technical support for AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure, Linux ,Windows system and related technologies.
• 2. Monitor AWS environments and Linux ,Windows system ensuring their availability, performance, and security 24/7.
• 3. Respond to and resolve client's inquiries, issues, and incidents through various channels, including monitoring tools, email, chat, and phone.
• 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• 5. Perform system administration tasks, including user management, server monitoring, backup and recovery, and security updates etc.
• 6. Tracking SLA and doing data analysis for server KPIs.
• 7. Maintaining and Tracking the Incident and Release lifecycle.
• 8. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• 9. Proactively identify potential issues and suggest improvements to enhance the performance, security, and scalability of the infrastructure.
• 10. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and respond to critical incidents.
• 11. Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, Linux technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality support.
