Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 year experience on SQL Server 2008/2012/Above versions in database administration in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of database Architecture and administration
• Knowledge of incident and problem queue management
• Knowledge of database backups, restores and recovery models
• Experience working with Linux, Windows & Unix servers
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving skills
• Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality
• Ability to work independently (SOP based Activities), with little or no direct supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
• Basic ITIL foundation, Continual Service Improvement and Total Quality Management experiences.

G5 - Database Administrator (Intermediate L1 / Junior L2) Role Summary

G5 admins will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our client applications. This is a “hands‑on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
