Job summary

Unilever Plc is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr Supply Chain Executive to optimize our global supply chain, drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers worldwide.

You will lead end-to-end processes across demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory; mentor a team; collaborate with manufacturing, marketing and sales; and promote Lean, Six Sigma, and new technologies while reporting performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing and inventory management.

Job Qualifications**

• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
