Job summary

Unilever Plc in India is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Executive to optimize supply chain operations, drive efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of products to global customers. You will lead end-to-end processes, collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, and sales, mentor a team, and implement advanced planning and governance to improve service levels.

The role requires 7–10 years FMCG experience and proficiency with SAP/Oracle/JDA and Excel, with a track record of cost reduction and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes.
