Role Summary

The Senior Supervisor – Operations supports the Senior Manager/Associate Director in daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring smooth workflows, and stepping into leadership when needed. The role combines operational oversight, customer service, and team development, maintaining efficiency, meeting KPIs, and bridging communication between frontline staff and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Monitor call center or back‑office workflows, ensuring smooth process execution.
• Team Supervision: Guide team leaders and agents, manage schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, attrition, and shrinkage.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee call quality, compliance, and adherence to process standards.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
• Training & Coaching: Provide feedback, conduct training sessions, and support skill development.
• Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients to ensure SLAs are met.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps, implement best practices, and optimize data strategies for productivity.

• Certification in RCM or Six Sigma is optional, but considered an added advantage.
