Job Overview

As a key member of the Process Team RCM, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. This full‑time night shift role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana (WFO) and is focused on US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies.
• Follow up on medical claim status and payments.
• Update systems with accurate call and claim details.
• Adhere to quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
• Work regularly during night shifts.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (e.g., BA, BCOM, BBA) – no technical/IT background required.
• Good spoken and comprehension English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Ability to work in a process‑driven environment.
