We are hiring fresh graduates for the role of Process Executive – US Healthcare (Voice) at our Hyderabad location. This full‑time night shift opportunity is within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. Selected candidates will receive structured training and work closely with US healthcare insurance processes, primarily involving voice‑based interactions and system documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound voice calls to US insurance companies
• Follow up on account receivable and medical claim status and payments
• Update systems with accurate call and claim details
• Adhere to quality, productivity, and compliance standards
