Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Specialist - Process Analytics - F&A to execute advanced analytics, support client workshops, and prepare reports. You will collaborate with lead analysts and managers and drive improvements in analytics workflows. Strong data analytics and FP&A background required.

This role offers a hybrid work model in India, with opportunities to influence finance processes and deliver measurable outcomes for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in analytics, CS or statistics or Masters in data science; relevant degrees.
• Certifications in CMA/CPA/SEBRAE/ICMAI or equivalent are considered a plus.
• Experience with FP&A, accounting analytics, and finance processes.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
