LTM in India is seeking an experienced cards domain professional to handle switch settlement, processing, and compliance support. The role requires deep knowledge of ISO8583, card networks, and settlement workflows, with the ability to work in a demanding 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in cards domain
• Strong knowledge of ISO8583 and switch authorization
• Experience in transaction processing, clearing and settlement
• Familiar with VISA, MasterCard, CUP and Amex schemes
• Willing to work in 24x7 shift and on-call as per rota
• Proficient in Oracle SQL and Linux
• Knowledge of incident, problem and change processes is a plus
• Experience in testing BAU issues and tracking periodical enhancements
• Excellent communication to coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors

Requirements

• Requirement: Cards Domain Knowledge 1 Having 8-12 Years of experience in Cards domain Switch Settlement application functional support knowledge


• 2 Having good knowledge in ISO8583 Switch authorization Transaction processing Clearing Settlement process for VISA MasterCard CUP and Amex


• 3 In depth knowledge of cards acquiring line of business covering Merchant management and Terminal management


• 4 Support experience in scheme VISA MasterCard Amex etc compliances and enhancements


• 5 The resource should be work in shift 24x7 and weekly on call support as per ROTA


• 6 Having good knowledge of Oracle SQL and Linux


• 7 Good to have idea on support process like Incident Problem Change


• 8 Having experience in testing the application level BAU issues and schemes periodical enhancement tracking and testing as well


• 9 Having good communication skills to handle the internal team calls client country users and vendor
