International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) seeks a Regulatory Compliance professional in Mumbai, with a remote role available. You will review raw materials, interpret global regulations, and support cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance across flavor projects.

Ideal candidates hold a chemistry degree with 3–5 years in regulatory roles within flavors/food/chemical sectors, and are adept at working to tight timelines while collaborating across R&D, QA and production.

• 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, preferably in flavors, food or chemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of legal and safety aspects of flavors.

Where You ll Make a Difference

• Perform regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in flavor industry.
• Determine the approval status of raw materials based on review of vendor documentation, current company practices, and knowledge of the regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Creative, Quality Assurance, Production and cross-functional teams to address and resolve regulatory issues/tasks.
• Maintain and update regulatory databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Review and interpret global regulations to allow for proper implementation within the company.
• Support regulatory initiatives and projects as needed.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to accurately assess, document, and maintain the regulatory status of newly developed reactions, ingredients, and formulations.
