Job summary

International Flavours & Fragrances India Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to drive documentation accuracy and legal adherence for raw materials used in our flavor business.

You will partner with vendors and the global procurement team to obtain and review regulatory documents, perform compliance reviews, and determine approval status based on regulations and company practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of regulatory compliance experience in flavors, food, or chemical industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry or related discipline.
• Knowledge of legal and safety aspects of flavors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory initiatives and projects as needed.

Where You'll Make a Difference

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance preferably within the flavors, food or chemical industry.
• Good Knowledge in legal and safety aspects of flavors.
• Ability to work with defined timelines, priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
• Multi-tasker who can manage different priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
