Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to drive data-driven, AI-enabled transformation initiatives for global clients. You will shape strategies, manage timelines and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will apply agile practices, stakeholder management, and thought leadership to deliver impactful outcomes across transformations, including cloud initiatives. The role is hybrid and based in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in business-related fields as listed (Commerce, Economics, Finance, MBA, Business Analytics).
• Experience leading AI/digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving on client situations using a data-driven approach to shape solutions.
• Lead software development methodologies with clear written and spoken communication.
• Assist or fully execute projects from business diagnostics to finance system implementations.
• Collaborate with Transformation leadership, sales and service line teams for business development.

Job Description

• Problem solving on different client situations taking a data driven approach to shape best of breed solutions
• Software Development Methodologies with Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• You are responsible to assist or fully execute projects ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, finance system implementation
• Assist with business development efforts end to end by collaborating with Transformation leadership, sales and service line teams
• Support with development of thought leadership on topical sectoral and functional trends and issues
• Good communicator with peers, managers and business users
• Ability to take ownership of issues and follow to resolution; delivery-focused
• Ability to work individually, in a team and across teams
