Letitbex AI is seeking a Business Analyst for Manufacturing AI Solutions. You will map AI use cases on the shop floor, define KPI-driven requirements, and collaborate with SAP modules PP/PM/MM to feed AI pipelines.

Responsibilities include data readiness audits, UAT with plant teams, and driving on-floor adoption of AI-enabled solutions. 3–6 years of relevant experience preferred in major manufacturing sectors.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or functional consultant in manufacturing domains such as Automotive, Steel, FMCG, Pharma, or Heavy manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct shop-floor discovery workshops with plant heads and maintenance teams to identify bottlenecks.
• Translate operational problems into KPI-driven technical specs, user stories, and PRDs for AI/ML teams.
• Design SAP and AI integration workflows, including data mapping from SAP PP/PM/MM and triggering SAP maintenance work orders.
• Lead Data Readiness Audits and UAT to ensure model accuracy and end-user adoption.

Position: Business Analyst - Manufacturing AI Solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. Shop-Floor Discovery & AI Use Case Mapping

• Uncover Bottlenecks: Conduct discovery workshops with plant heads, maintenance leads, and quality directors to identify operational bottlenecks
• Define Requirements: Translate complex industrial operational problems into clear, KPI-driven technical specifications, user stories, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for our AI/ML team

2. SAP & AI Integration Design

• Functional Data Mapping: Identify and map master/transactional data requirements from core modules -specifically SAP PP (Production Planning), PM (Plant Maintenance), and MM (Materials Management) -to feed LETITBEX AI training pipelines.
• Closed-Loop Automation: Design functional end-to-end integration workflows where AI insights automatically trigger actions back into SAP via standard protocols (OData APIs, BAPIs, or SAP BTP), such as auto-generating an SAP PM Maintenance Work Order .

3. Data Auditing & Validation

• Data Readiness Audits: Evaluate the quality, structure, and frequency of time-series data from shop-floor automation layers (PLCs, SCADA, MES, or Historians) to verify machine learning readiness.
• UAT & Adoption Ownership: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with plant engineering teams to validate model accuracy, ensure real-world usability, and drive on-floor solution adoption.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Core Domain & Education

• Technical Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Chemical Engineering .
• Industrial Background: 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant directly within Automotive, Steel, FMCG, Pharma, or Heavy Manufacturing environments.

Tech Stack & Integration Competencies

• SAP & OT Literacy: Strong functional familiarity with at least two core SAP modules ( SAP PP, PM, or MM ) and a clear understanding of how data streams out of shop-floor systems into enterprise layers.
• AI Product Lifecycle: Clear conceptual understanding of the basic machine learning lifecycle (data labeling, training vs. inference, feature inputs, and accuracy thresholds).

Added Advantage

• Supply Chain Literacy: Foundational understanding of plant-adjacent supply chain logistics, including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, or Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) workflows.

Soft Skills

• Bilingual Communicator: Exceptional communication skills with the unique ability to shift seamlessly from talking to a machine operator on a noisy factory floor to pitching solution value to an IT Director
