Job summary

Heptarc in Bengaluru, India, seeks a contract Fusion HCM consultant with 6+ years of experience. Must have hands-on exposure to Fusion HCM modules, ORC Recruitment and Onboarding, and experience in implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent client communication, ability to lead support teams, and familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reports; Taleo Connect Client experience is a plus.

• Experience working with Oracle HCM ORC Recruitment and Onboarding Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Support Projects

Soft Skills :

Fluent communication skills, client facing experience

Added Advantage:

• Experience in working on Other modules will be added advantage Talent Management, Taleo Recruit, etc.
• Experience working in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) is a plus
• Oracle Certifications in Fusion HCM modules especially ORC
• Experience working in Integration related projects with PaaS or any custom integrations with EBS/Fusion and Vice Versa
