Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Services Program Manager – Enablement Delivery (P2) to plan, coordinate, and execute customer onboarding and role-based enablement programs with US-based teams.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, oversee schedules, materials, and logistics to ensure effective, scalable learning initiatives. • 1.5+ years of experience in program management, enablement, onboarding, learning operations, or related field.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience with LMS, virtual learning, or enablement platforms preferred.

• Maintain program documentation, learner records, delivery calendars, and reporting dashboards.
• Analyze learner feedback and program metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the standardization and enhancement of enablement processes, communications, and operational practices.

Sr. Services Program Manager – Enablement Delivery (P2)

Role Overview

The Services Enablement Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Customer Experience onboarding and role-based enablement programs. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are delivered effectively, operationally sound, and aligned to business objectives. Candidates must be fluent in English and able to support collaboration with US-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

Enablement Program Delivery

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of onboarding, role-based enablement, and learning initiatives.
• Manage training schedules, learner rosters, facilitator assignments, communications, materials, and delivery logistics.
