UKG is seeking an Integration Systems Consultant II to support, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance integrations that connect customer systems with UKG solutions. You will work with senior consultants, support teams, project stakeholders, and customers to diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and ensure the ongoing health and reliability of integration solutions.

As an Integration Systems Consultant II, you will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing integrations that connect customer systems with UKG solutions. You will work closely with senior consultants, support teams, project stakeholders, and customers to diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and ensure the ongoing health and reliability of integration solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, investigating technical issues, and working across multiple technologies and platforms. While the primary focus is on post-production support and defect resolution, the consultant will also participate in smaller enhancement requests, integration updates, and operational improvement initiatives.
