Job summary

Epiroc Mining India is seeking a Sr. Service Engineer to lead maintenance activities at client sites in India (Delhi region) with site location at Darlaghat, HP.

The role emphasizes preventive and corrective maintenance, reliability improvements, and leadership of service engineers and technicians. You will oversee planning, execution, and reporting on maintenance tasks, while driving safety, customer satisfaction, and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing equipment maintenance at customer sites or mining operations.
• Proven experience leading service engineers and technicians.
• Strong exposure to customer-facing roles, contract management, and fleet performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Epiroc equipment.

• Lead complex repairs, commissioning, and technical interventions.

• Maintenance Management: Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on Epiroc equipment, ensure adherence to OEM maintenance standards and service schedules, monitor machine health and initiate actions to prevent failures.
• Equipment Availability Reliability: Maximize equipment availability and utilization.
• Equipment Availability Reliability: Analyze breakdown trends and conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures.
• Equipment Availability Reliability: Implement reliability improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve performance.
