Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer (who is aspiring to become tech lead)

• 68 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation
• Strong expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods)
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
• Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling
• Experience developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and coding standards
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
• Experience working with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals development, user access, branding)
• Experience working with Health Cloud (data model, care management, healthcare workflows)
• Good to have knowledge of Conga (Conga Composer, document generation and automation tools)
