Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex development, including triggers and classes.
• Experience building modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Aura Components (legacy).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, core objects, and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
• Develop Apex classes and triggers following best practices, including bulkification and governor limits.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver modern UI.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, and other enterprise integration patterns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and administrators to design efficient data models, automation, and application architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT to ensure high-quality deliverables.

This role requires a developer who can translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions while following Salesforce best practices forperformance, security, scalability, and maintainability. The Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate closely witharchitects, product owners, administrators, and business stakeholdersto deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce capabilities and integrations that support critical business operations.
