Experian in Hyderabad invites a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer to join our Global CRM Development Team. You will design and deliver Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and integrations, partnering with architects, product owners and delivery teams to ensure scalable, robust platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of software development experience.

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, sharing model, and performance optimization.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.

This technical resource will be part of the Global Salesforce CRM Development Team responsible for delivering and supporting CRM and Quote-to-Cash solutions across the Experian enterprise. You will partner with multiple partners, including architects, product owners, business analysts, and delivery teams. Together, they will design scalable Salesforce solutions. These solutions will use a range of tools, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and enterprise integrations. You will help implement strategic programs, maintain platform stability, and improve across multiple business regions. You will report to a Manager.
