Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Chennai, India seeks a seasoned Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with project leads, implement advanced Apex and Lightning components, and mentor junior developers while ensuring alignment with business processes and regulatory requirements.

Strong integration experience and CI/CD know-how are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce/Force.com development and customization experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architectures, data models, and best practices.
• Extensive experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives.
• A track record of successful Salesforce project implementations and a portfolio of completed projects.
• Salesforce certifications, including advanced certifications like Certified Platform Developer II (highly preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the end-to-end business processes to ensure delivered solutions solve root cause and meet business requirements.
