Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end post-order activities with strong coordination across teams.
• Maintain and update project data on CRM/ERP platforms.
• Prepare and manage proposals, EPC, O&M, and Purchase Orders.
• Handle client KYC verification and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate execution of agreements using e-signature tools.
• Maintain contract repository and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage client onboarding across internal systems.
• Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Accounts for invoicing and PI generation.
• Review client Purchase Orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure complete project handover to execution teams.

Job Title: Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator

Industry Preference: Renewable Energy / EPC (Mandatory)

Role Purpose

• Manage end-to-end post-order activities with strong coordination across BD, Legal, Accounts, and Operations
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth project execution

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project data on CRM/ERP platforms (Artha Central, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP/Oracle)
• Prepare and manage proposals, EPC, O&M, and Purchase Orders with proper documentation control
• Handle client KYC verification and ensure compliance with internal standards
• Coordinate execution of agreements (NDA, EPC, O&M, PPA) using e-signature tools
• Maintain contract repository and ensure proper documentation storage
• Manage client onboarding across internal systems and portals
• Coordinate with Design, BD, Legal, and Operations teams for approvals and execution
• Schedule meetings, track MOMs, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with Accounts for invoicing and PI generation
• Review client Purchase Orders and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure complete project handover to execution teams
