Job summary

Muthoot FinCorp Limited is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer to source business from the open market and connectors and to build a sustainable, high‑quality portfolio in synchronous with the Branch Business Manager’s targets.

You will identify new opportunities, empanel connectors monthly, explore micro markets to scale Micro LAP business, and ensure compliance with regulatory norms while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

ROLE SUMMARY

Relationship officer is to source business from the open market and connectors to achieve business targets as per the organizational goal. Relationship Officer will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolios across all the processing centers. RO needs to follow all necessary regulatory requirements and compliance.
