Job summary

Birlasoft Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Test/QA Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and Testing Services across healthcare portfolios.

The role drives testing strategy, governance, assurance, automation transformation and stakeholder management, with an emphasis on API and mobile testing within agile lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of testing experience with large programs.
• Hands-on experience in test strategy, planning and estimation.
• Automation, API testing and mobile testing experience.
• Governance, KPI reporting and stakeholder management.

• Strong presentation skills for governance reviews.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test/QA Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and Testing Services. The role is responsible for driving testing strategy, delivery governance, quality assurance, automation transformation, compliance testing, and stakeholder management across multiple healthcare portfolios.

what we are looking:

• 12+ Years of Testing Experience and currently Managing large testing programs.
• 2-3 Years experience on Test Delivery Manager
• 10+ Years’ Experience on Test Management with Handling of test size of 25+
• Good Exposure on Testing Estimations and test estimation approaches
• Hands on experience on Test Strategy, Test Planning, Estimation- and resource planning
• Good Understanding of Testing Metrics, KPI and reporting experience
• Good Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Experience on Managing Testing Toll Gates, Test Reporting and Other Project communication
• Experience on Agile methodology and understand the concepts for the entire lifecycle
• Experience on Testing Solutions, RFP Solutioning, Automation etc.
• Experience on management of Automation and Performance testing team
• Good Understanding on Manual Testing Concepts and Testing solutions (API Test, Mobile Testing)
• Good Experience on Test Management Tools
• Good Hands-on Presentation skills ( Managing Monthly and Quarterly Governance)
