Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. in Mumbai is seeking a Senior QA Lead to drive QA strategy for AI-powered products. You will guide quality engineering initiatives across the AI SDLC, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality AI solutions.

Responsibilities include defining QA strategy, establishing frameworks, validating data quality and model performance, and mentoring QA teams. Hybrid onsite role with emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in a QA lead role.
• Strong automation, API testing, CI/CD and modern QA practices.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts, data validation, and governance.

Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior QA Lead with a strong technical background and understanding of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC) to lead quality engineering initiatives for AI-powered products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive QA strategy, test planning, and quality governance for AI/ML and enterprise applications.
• Lead end-to-end testing across functional, integration, performance, automation, and AI-specific validation scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and MLOps teams to ensure high-quality AI solution delivery.
• Establish test frameworks, automation practices, and quality metrics across the AI SDLC.
• Validate model performance, data quality, bias, reliability, and production readiness.
• Mentor QA teams and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
• Strong expertise in test automation, API testing, CI/CD, and modern QA practices.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data validation, model testing, and AI governance requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience testing Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and AI-powered workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI services.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
