Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Enterprise Programs to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to define scope, align objectives, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment. You should bring a track record of managing large programs, strong governance, risk management, and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA or Business Analytics preferred.
• Proven experience in enterprise program management and large, cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, governance, risk management, and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of project management from planning to closure.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders to align with objectives.
• Develop comprehensive plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Monitor progress, report KPIs, and ensure quality and adherence to PM best practices.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to align with organizational objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize execution. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to mitigate impact. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating collaboration and effective communication across all stakeholders.
