Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Business Analyst for Enterprise Programs to analyze and optimize operational processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive data-led improvements across large-scale programs.

You will develop, implement, and track strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and governance, supporting ongoing transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as commerce, economics, finance, MBA or business analytics.
• CBAP or CRP certifications are preferred and demonstrate process excellence.
• Experience in analyzing workflows, identifying gaps, and driving process improvements.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements for process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct performance and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of process enhancements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
• Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability.
