Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate program meetings.
• Prepare executive and project presentations.
• Manage PMO activities and governance.
• Support onsite Program Managers during rollout.
• Provide high-level support for onsite PMO tasks.
• Validate requirements within the contract scope.
• Document SOW, schedule, financials, and contract actions.
• Validate and support invoice-related activities.
• Monitor execution of contract requirements.
• Govern PO usage against approved budgets.

• 5+ Years of experience in SAP PMO
  Drive and coordinate program meetings
  Prepare executive and project presentations
  Manage PMO activities and governance
  Support the onsite Program Managers throughout the Wave 1 rollout
  High-level activities to support Onsite PMO role
• Validates requirements within the scope of the contract
• Support the Delivery head with the documentation of the statement of work, schedule document,financial documents, and requirements documents for contract actions
• Validate and support invoice-related activities
• Monitors the execution of requirements under the contract
• Person should have experience in Invoicing, PO creation, governing utilization of respective POs against the budget approved
  Should be proficient in MS Excel.
