Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking an accomplished SAP Project Manager with 12-15+ years of delivery leadership to oversee S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations and global rollouts from India (Offshore) with some overlap to US time zones.

You will manage stakeholders, risk, budgets, and cross-functional teams across multiple rollout waves, ensuring quality and on-time delivery in a demanding, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• PMP or Prince2 certification is required.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven delivery leadership across multi-country projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project plans.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables; drive weekly progress reviews.
• Lead stakeholder governance and steering reviews with executive sponsors.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore resources; manage utilization and staffing.
• Oversee testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain RAID logs and KPIs.

A Project Manager with 12-15+ years of experience, strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, global rollout management, stakeholder governance, risk management, and delivery leadership. Prior experience managing Professional Services and Finance-related SAP transformations with distributed global teams will be a strong advantage. The role requires close collaboration with business SMEs, functional leads, integration teams, data migration teams, and executive stakeholders across multiple rollout waves.

Project Planning & Execution

• Create and manage detailed project plans.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary customer-facing project lead.


• Manage business SMEs and process owners.


• Coordinate with McLarens leadership and partner teams.


• Facilitate governance meetings and steering reviews.


• Manage escalations and decision tracking.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project RAID log.


• Publish weekly status reports.


• Monitor project KPIs.


• Conduct project health checks.


• Ensure SAP Activate quality gate compliance.

Resource Management

• Manage onsite and offshore teams.


• Track consultant utilization.


• Coordinate project staffing.


• Resolve resource risks and conflicts.

Testing & Cutover Management

• Govern SIT and UAT execution.


• Manage defect resolution process.


• Coordinate cutover planning.


• Lead go-live readiness reviews.


• Support hypercare governance.

Risk Management

• Identify project risks proactively.


• Drive mitigation plans.


• Manage dependency tracking.


• Escalate critical issues to leadership.

Should work independently and help other team members as needed
Work with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standards
Participate in daily team meetings to update and track the status and progress of tasks.
