Job summary

DrinkPrime is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Internal Business Systems to map current workflows across finance, hardware production, inventory, procurement, warehousing and operations, and translate them into clear system requirements for engineering. This is an internal systems and process role, not a consumer product role.

You will own the roadmap, define source-of-truth data, design improved workflows, and drive adoption through training and rollout support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, business systems, ERP, or related fields.
• Hands-on ownership of at least one internal business system end-to-end (ERP, WMS, etc.).
• Direct experience with operational or physical goods workflows.
• Understanding of transactional finance processes: procure-to-pay, order-to-cash.
• Experience designing for exceptions (returns, credit/debit notes, partial receipts).

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows across finance, production, inventory, procurement, and warehousing.
• Identify gaps causing data mismatch, manual work, delays and unclear ownership.
• Own system logic linking operational events to financial records and visibility of payables/receivables.
• Design improved workflows with business rules, approvals, and exception handling.

DrinkPrime runs a subscription business built on physical hardware. Our internal operations span finance, hardware production, inventory, procurement, warehousing, and field deployment. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for Internal Business Systems to map how these workflows run today, design better ways of working, and convert them into clear system requirements that engineering can build against.

This is an internal systems and process role, not a consumer product role. You do need working fluency in how finance and inventory transactions move through a business

What You Will Do

• Map current-state workflows across finance, hardware production, inventory, procurement, warehouse, and operations.
• Identify the gaps causing data mismatch, manual work, delays, duplication, and unclear ownership.
• Own the system logic connecting operational events to financial records — purchase and sales document chains, inventory valuation, and payables/receivables visibility for finance.
• Design improved workflows — including draft business rules, approval flows, and exception handling. Drive stakeholders toward a clear recommendation and decision
• Define source-of-truth logic for key business data: inventory, hardware units, vendors, invoices, production batches, stock movement, and deployment.
• Own the roadmap for internal business systems, and convert workflow design into clear, stable, well-prioritised product requirements.
• Enable adoption of new workflows: training, rollout support, and tracking whether process and data quality are genuinely improving

What We Require

• 4+ years in product management, business systems, internal tools, business analysis, ERP or systems implementation, operations systems, or B2B workflow products.
• Hands-on ownership of at least one internal business system end-to-end. You have implemented, migrated, or significantly extended a named system — ERP, WMS, inventory, procurement, invoicing, or equivalent. Having used such a system does not qualify.
• Direct experience with operational or physical-goods workflows — production, inventory, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or finance operations.
• Working knowledge of transactional finance processes. You have owned systems where operational events produce financial records — procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or equivalent — and understand how a single transaction flows through to inventory, payables, receivables and cost of goods sold.
• Experience designing for exceptions, not just the happy path — partial receipts, split or amended invoices, returns, credit and debit notes, advances.

• Comfort operating with non-technical stakeholders across finance, operations, production, warehouse, and procurement — including on controls, approvals and audit requirements.
• Strong written communication and documentation discipline.The ability to push for clarity and constructively challenge weak process ownership.
