Job summary

Freyr Energy is seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst to analyse data, identify issues, and design strategic solutions. You will author PRDs, prototype solutions using AI, and drive the full lifecycle from discovery to adoption.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in related fields, strong data skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Education: BBA, MBA, or a related degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and product thinking skills.
• Experience in writing clear PRDs and creating prototypes.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to drive execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee functional testing, user acceptance testing, final production approval, and post-launch issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated product areas, facilitating communication, training, and user adoption efforts.
• Champion prioritisation strategies, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure strict adherence to timelines.
