Job summary

Increff is a leading retail SaaS partner focused on inventory management and supply chain solutions for retailers. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge business needs with engineering execution and to shape scalable workflows and product decisions.

You will design screen mockups, own architecture-aligned product decisions, and collaborate with engineers to bring complex warehouse operations to life in a multichannel fulfillment platform.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Engineering Degree.
• Mandatory minimum 2 years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Mandatory minimum 1 year of product management experience.
• Proficiency in writing PRDs, defining API contracts, and collaborating with developers on architecture and performance.
• Track record of owning product decisions independently in a SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B platform environment.
• Comfort with creating UI mocks and workflow diagrams without a dedicated design team.
• Strong understanding of scalability, modular design, and technical debt management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present roadmaps, host demos, and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and development for Multichannel fulfillment platform comprising WMS, OMS, Store Management, and Integrations.
• Translate workflows and SOPs into scalable prototypes and UI mockups using available tools.
• Collaborate with tech leads to balance configuration, performance, and maintainability.
• Take stances against short-term feature requests that harm architectural integrity or scalability.
• Own product documentation, PRDs, APIs, workflows, and screen flows for engineering clarity.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery with engineering teams.
• Deliver internal and client demos explaining product workflows to sales, CS, and enterprise clients.
• Participate in roadmap planning balancing feature velocity with tech debt reduction and platform stability.
• Contribute to design and rollout of AI-powered capabilities simplifying complex user journeys.

Participate in roadmap planning, balancing new feature velocity with tech debt reduction and platform stability goals.

Requirements
