Job summary

CoverSure is seeking a product leader to own and grow consumer-facing mobile experiences (Android/iOS) with strong AI integration. You will drive problem discovery, launch, and post-launch optimization, using data, user research, experiments, and prioritisation frameworks to move key metrics.

You should have shipped AI-powered features, demonstrated business impact, and excel in a fast-paced startup where ownership is high and collaboration with design and engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• You have worked deeply on consumer-facing mobile apps (Android or iOS), not just internal or B2B tools.
• You have owned meaningful product problems and delivered real, measurable business impact.
• You have a strong track record of moving key metrics like revenue, conversion, engagement, retention, activation, NPS, or other growth and business KPIs.
• You have taken products or features through the full journey: problem discovery, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
• You are comfortable with data, user research, experimentation, and prioritisation frameworks.
• You have a strong grip on AI and GenAI: what it can do, where it falls short, and how to use it in real products.
• You have actually worked on AI-powered features or workflows, not just read about them.
• You can independently build and validate AI MVPs using modern AI tools, APIs, agents, and no-code or low-code platforms when needed.
• You understand prompting, evaluation, and AI user experience, and how to turn a business problem into an AI-driven solution.
• Strong product thinking and real customer obsession.
• A nose for high-impact problems and the drive to push execution with design and engineering.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup where ownership is high, and hand-holding is low.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
