Job summary

ConsultBae seeks an AVP/VP/Director of Product Management to own AI-first, cloud-native B2B SaaS products in the logistics domain. You will lead product strategy and collaborate with leadership to rebuild offerings as AI-native, while engaging global enterprise clients.

You will partner with engineering on architecture decisions, define API design principles, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver scalable, data-driven products with high impact.

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of product experience (strong preference for Engineering Product background).
• Experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Strong experience partnering with engineering on architecture decisions, including system design and long-term tech strategy.
• Able to clearly articulate API design principles, microservices vs monolith trade-offs, and data platform strategy.
• Strong technical depth - comfortable discussing architecture, data flows, APIs, and AI systems.
• Experience working with AI-first or data-heavy products.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise customers and global stakeholders.
• High ownership, ambition, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong pedigree from top startups or SaaS companies.
