Job summary

EY Bengaluru is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product development, from vision to delivery. You will align roadmaps with business goals and customer needs, collaborating with engineering, data, design, and business teams to create AI-enabled products.

You will drive data-driven decisions, track KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery in an agile setup, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven products preferred.
• Experience with enterprise platforms or large-scale systems is a plus.

What You Bring

Core Skills

• Strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership


• Ability to define clear product vision, roadmap, and execution plans


• Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments


• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making


• Experience in data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven products (preferred)

Technical Understanding

• Good understanding of data engineering, APIs, and system design concepts


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)


• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI use cases is a strong plus

Business & Stakeholder Skills

• Ability to translate business problems scalable product solutions


• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Experience influencing decisions without direct authority
