Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Senior Process Mining Analyst to develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs, and to build scalable data pipelines.

You will own end-to-end deliverables, optimize data workflows, and work in a hybrid India setup, contributing to AI-powered transformation across global enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, CS or Statistics
• Masters in Data Science Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate - Microsoft
• Strong Celonis Process Mining and SQL skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Strong experience setting up data extraction pipelines with out-of-the-box connectors and custom connectors.
• Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Experience working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.
• Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Own individual deliverables end to end, from build through unit testing and handover.
