Job summary

BMC Software is seeking a Senior RPA Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.

You will lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycles, mentor juniors, monitor bot performance, and ensure governance and security standards. Exposure to AI-enabled automation and enterprise integrations is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in RPA development with Power Automate.
• Strong programming knowledge in C#, .NET or Python.
• Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.

You’ll be part of a high-impact team that has delivered over 200 bots, saving thousands of hours annually and driving innovation across the organization. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on cutting-edge automation initiatives.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in RPA development with proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including experience with C#, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• Experience with AI-enhanced automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio) and Broader Microsoft ecosystem such as PowerApps, Dataverse etc.
• Exposure to document processing, OCR, and chatbot integration.
