Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Proven ability to drive capacity planning and cost-benefit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize warehouses, distribution centres and material handling systems.
• Develop PFEP for current and future product/process lines.
• Lead intralogistics and material flow planning for new products and CI projects.
• Perform capacity planning, storage density and space utilization analyses.
• Conduct slotting, material flow studies and picking productivity improvements.
• Select and optimize MHE based on operational requirements.
• Develop labor models and cost-benefit analyses for warehouse operations.
• Lead logistics process improvement across inbound, outbound and warehousing operations.
• Support warehouse automation, digitalization, dashboards and data visibility projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams for successful implementation of logistics projects.
• Benchmark industry best practices and drive Lean Warehousing / Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support CAPEX optimization, project planning and timely execution.

The role will work closely with Methods Engineering, Warehouse, SCM, Operations, IT and Finance teams to design efficient warehouse systems and improve logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain PFEP (Plan for Every Part) for current and future product/process lines.


• Drive intralogistics and material flow planning for new products and continuous improvement projects.


• Perform warehouse capacity planning, storage density and space utilization analysis.


• Conduct slotting analysis, material flow studies and picking productivity improvement.


• Select and optimize MHE (Material Handling Equipment) based on operational requirements.


• Develop labor models and cost-benefit analysis for warehouse operations.


• Lead logistics process improvement across inbound, outbound and warehousing operations.
