Job summary

Teva Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Lead to manage the SAP Basis AMS team and ensure smooth BAU operations. You will drive global standards, be responsible for service improvements, and lead a 28+ member team to deliver continuous value across the Basis landscape.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, expertise in SAP Basis BAU, S/4 Migration exposure, and strong Linux infrastructure knowledge, with additional cloud/DevOps exposure considered a plus.

• Strong Expertise in running the Basis BAU for complex Enterprise Architecture.
• Technical Solutioning towards critical issues.
• S/4 Migration exposure.
