Job summary

Right Advisors Private Limited, based in Faridabad, India, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing and communication strategies for government and corporate accounts. You will plan 360° campaigns spanning digital, print, outdoor media, and supervise collateral from creatives to presentations.

We require strong leadership, client servicing, and hands-on social media experience, with prior work with government bodies, PSUs, or large brands. 5.5 days workweek; on-site role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in advertising or integrated marketing.
• Experience with government bodies, PSUs, or large corporate brands preferred.
• MBA in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing and communication strategies for government and corporate accounts.
• Plan and execute 360° campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media.
• Stay updated with emerging advertising trends, media innovations, and audience engagement practices.
• Develop and supervise marketing collateral including creatives, films, brochures, presentations, and campaign toolkits.
• Act as the primary client interface, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and high service standards.
• Coordinate with internal creative, digital, media, and production teams for seamless campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare impact reports and presentations for clients and senior management.

Requirements
