Realm - a luxury apparels brand in Pune is seeking a Sr. Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist to drive D2C campaigns. You will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives, generate quality leads, and collaborate with sales to boost conversions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6 months+ experience, and hands-on expertise in Social Media, SEO, PPC, GA, and budget management. This is an in-person position with 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) mandatory.
• Fluent English communication (verbal & written).
• Hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns independently.
• Proven experience in lead generation with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of CPL, ROI and campaign performance.
• D2C marketing experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing social media, SEO and performance marketing.
• Experience coordinating with marketing agencies.
• Experience handling monthly and yearly marketing budgets.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Canva and AI tools.

Compensation: 45,000.00 - 48,000.00 per month
