Role Summary
Lead and manage the Labour Law Compliance Division by driving operational excellence, client advisory, legal representation, team leadership, compliance audits,
and business support initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in labour laws,
client management, government liaisoning, and people leadership.
Lead, mentor, and guide the labour law compliance team;
ensure smooth execution of compliance activities and
operational efficiency.
Interact with clients independently, address labour law and
legal queries, provide practical compliance solutions, and
maintain strong client relationships.
Represent clients before Labour Departments and other
statutory authorities for inspections, notices, hearings,
closures, and compliance-related matters.
Conduct and oversee labour law compliance audits, risk
assessments, and corrective action planning for clients
across industries.
Coordinate effectively with senior managers, operational
teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless
delivery and communication.
Support management with new business ideas, process improvements, compliance solutions, and client retention initiatives.
Handle operational escalations, resolve internal conflicts,
and maintain team discipline and productivity.
Attend client meetings, conduct presentations, and travel
as required for client servicing and representations.
