Talentfleet Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager - Labour Law compliance to lead the Labour Law Compliance Division, provide expert client advisory, and oversee regulatory representations. The role demands deep knowledge of Indian labour laws, strong client handling, and leadership across teams.

You will drive compliance audits, government liaison, and strategic initiatives, while managing a team and ensuring high-quality delivery for a diverse client base across industries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting targets
• Experience selling labour law compliance, HR-tech, payroll, legal/regulatory, or SaaS products
• Background with leading HR/compliance platforms or similar (e.g., Teamlease Regtech, Simpliance, Legalwiz, Greytip)
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate client pain points and solutions
• Excellent English communication; Kannada or Hindi skills are a plus
• Proficient with productivity tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Notion

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Labour Law Compliance Division, driving client advisory and compliance audits
• Represent clients before labour departments and statutory authorities
• Coordinate with senior managers and internal teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and corrective action planning
• Develop business support initiatives and client retention strategies
• Mentor and manage the compliance team to maintain discipline and productivity
• Attend client meetings and travel as required for servicing and representations

and business support initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in labour laws,

Operations

Lead, mentor, and guide the labour law compliance team;
ensure smooth execution of compliance activities and
operational efficiency.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Interact with clients independently, address labour law and
legal queries, provide practical compliance solutions, and
maintain strong client relationships.

Representation

Represent clients before Labour Departments and other
statutory authorities for inspections, notices, hearings,
closures, and compliance-related matters.

Compliance Audits

Conduct and oversee labour law compliance audits, risk
assessments, and corrective action planning for clients
across industries.

Inter-Department Coordination

Coordinate effectively with senior managers, operational
teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless
delivery and communication.

Inspection & Notice documentation, representations, and closure proceedings.

Business Support &

Support management with new business ideas, process improvements, compliance solutions, and client retention initiatives.

Conflict & Team Management

Handle operational escalations, resolve internal conflicts,
and maintain team discipline and productivity.

Client Meetings & Travel

Attend client meetings, conduct presentations, and travel
as required for client servicing and representations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a plus
• Hands-on with productivity and sales tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Zoho CRM, Google
  Sheets, Notion, or similar

Good to Have

• Understanding of core labour laws: Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum
  Wages Act, Factories Act, Maternity Benefit Act
• Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ active accounts simultaneously
• Established network of HR, Legal, Compliance, or Finance decision-makers in SME or enterprise
• Prior experience with SaaS deal structures - subscriptions, tiered pricing, pilot-to-paid conversions
