Job summary

JobItUs in Vapi is seeking a Jr. Executive - Production to join our chemical plant workforce. The role requires 3–6 years of experience and an MSc in Chemistry, with hands-on involvement in process parameters, materials handling, and safety practices.

You will maintain documentation, perform data entry in Usefactor and Excel, ensure shift handovers, train new staff, and work to meet management targets while upholding KEVA culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper housekeeping across the plant area.
• Identify and minimize hazardous conditions to maintain a safe workplace.
• Arrange and manage raw materials and packing materials as per operational requirements.
• Monitor and maintain process parameters in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain and update all required documentation accurately.
• Maintain performs data entry in Excel sheets.
• Operate and control plant operations and processes with full adherence to safety standards.
• Ensure proper handover of shift activities and pending jobs to the next shift.
• Provide guidance to newcomers regarding plant-related activities and KEVA culture.
• Conduct proper training for helpers and newcomers to ensure they work in a safe manner.
• Manage and supervise material movement and the safe handling of hazardous effluents.
• Perform data entry of assigned products in the Usefactor system.
• Work towards achieving the targets set by management within the defined timelines.
• Ensure plant equipment safety and promote overall personnel (human) safety.
