Job summary

The role emphasizes vendor development, commercial negotiations, cost control and compliance with procurement policies; regular MIS and dashboards will support audits and management reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing of structural steel, roofing, cladding and accessories.
• Execute procurement plans for PEB projects.
• Ensure timely placement of purchase orders.
• Identify and develop PEB suppliers and fabricators.
• Monitor vendor performance and delivery commitments.
• Conduct commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and project teams.
• Monitor fabrication and delivery schedules.
• Resolve supply chain issues affecting project progress.
• Drive procurement savings and value engineering.
• Monitor procurement budgets and commitments.
• Support contract administration.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies.
• Prepare procurement MIS and dashboards.
