Job summary

KEC International is seeking a procurement professional to manage sourcing of structural steel, roofing, cladding and accessories for PEB projects. You will execute procurement plans, place purchase orders on time and drive savings.

You will coordinate with design, engineering and project teams, monitor vendor performance, conduct negotiations and support audits and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing of structural steel, roofing, cladding and accessories.
• Execute procurement plans for PEB projects.
• Ensure timely placement of purchase orders.
• Identify and develop PEB suppliers and fabricators.
• Monitor vendor performance and delivery commitments.
• Conduct commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and project teams.
• Monitor fabrication and delivery schedules.
• Resolve supply chain issues affecting project progress.
• Drive procurement savings and value engineering.
• Monitor procurement budgets and commitments.
• Support contract administration.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies.
• Prepare procurement MIS and dashboards.
• Support audits and management reviews.
