About the Role
The Sr. Manager / Key Account Manager Sales & Marketing (Corporate) will own end‑to‑end B2B sales performance across key customer segments driving revenue growth, contribution margins, strategic account management and sales capability building. This is a high‑ownership, customer‑facing leadership role reporting directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve overall sales, volume, revenue and profitability targets, driving growth aligned to capacity expansion and long‑term business plans.
- Convert manufacturing scale into sustained market share and customer growth.
- Expand and diversify the customer base across identified B2B segments; drive upselling, cross‑selling and new product sales for BOPP, BOPET, BOPE and specialty films.
- Key Account Management & Relationship Building
- Manage a portfolio of 80‑100 key B2B customers, including printers, converters, FMCG and packaging companies with direct ownership of major corporate/key accounts.
- Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for customer communication, commercial matters and issue resolution.
- Build multi‑level relationships with Purchase, Procurement, Technical, Quality and Business teams within customer organisations.
- Lead complex commercial discussions, price negotiations, annual contracts, volume commitments and contract closures.
- Maintain customer retention of ¥95% and grow share of wallet within existing accounts.
- Conduct structured customer visits (Tier A monthly, Tier B quarterly), quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual business negotiations.
- Position the organisation as a reliable, long‑term supply and business partner.
- Pricing, Margins & Commercial Discipline
- Maintain pricing discipline in competitive market conditions while balancing volume growth with margin protection and contribution performance.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, customer demand and emerging business opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership on commercial strategy and pricing decisions.
- Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Build, lead and develop a high‑performing B2B sales team; set clear targets, KPIs and accountability structures.
- Coach the team on relationship‑led, consultative selling approaches, and support onboarding of sales talent from non‑industry backgrounds.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, Sales Operations and Finance for smooth order execution, and support receivables/collection follow‑up.
- Product & Market Understanding, Sales Operations & MIS
- Develop strong working knowledge of product specifications, applications and use‑cases to enable credible, differentiated sales conversations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS and market intelligence reports.
- Maintain customer information, sales pipeline and reporting in CRM / SAP S/4HANA and other data‑driven tracking tools.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or a related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 810+ years of B2B sales experience, with clear ownership of revenue growth, key account management and strategic accounts, including complex commercial negotiations.
- Proven experience selling products or solutions to enterprise or institutional customers.
Experience in flexible packaging, BOPP/BOPET/BOPE, polymers, films, printing or converting strongly preferred; experience in chemicals, materials, industrial or allied B2B sectors also considered.
- Experience handling Tier‑1 FMCG/corporate accounts (e.g. ITC, Parle, Nestl©, Britannia, PepsiCo, HUL) highly preferred.
- Exposure to leading, building or scaling B2B sales teams preferred.
